& Aftercare
Aftercare is a core part of our service and comes as standard. Each completed project comes with a 10-year workmanship warranty, and if a part fails under the manufacturer’s warranty, we’ll replace it with no charge for our labour or time.
You’ll also have direct access to your installer and our aftercare team through a dedicated WhatsApp group that stays open indefinitely.
For added peace of mind, we will check in remotely at 3 months, then visit your property at 12 months to ensure everything is performing as it should.
