What Makes Us Different
Proud to be certified
For Arc Line Design, trust and the quality of our work means everything to us, which is why we are proud to be certified by the Microgeneration Certification Scheme (MCS) - a quality‑assurance scheme for small-scale, low‑carbon energy systems—like solar panels, heat pumps, and batteries in the UK.
Why does this matter to you? By being MCS certified, it means we have been independently assessed against strict technical, safety, and quality standards. The products we use (such as solar panels) meet rigorous testing standards and our installation work is regularly assessed to ensure technical competence and quality.
But we don't stop there. Here at Arc Line Design we pride ourselves on being transparent and fair, and as a result, have built on the minimum standards of our MCS certification to put our customers needs at the heart of what we do.

NAPIT
NAPIT (National Association of Professional Installers and Testers) is a UK government-approved accreditation scheme for electrical and building services installers. Being NAPIT registered means our work is regularly assessed to meet strict safety, quality and building regulation standards.

Competent Persons Scheme
We are registered under the electrical Competent Person Scheme, and have been authorised by Government to self-certify that our work is compliant with Building Regulations. This means we meet strict entry requirements, our work is regularly assessed, demonstrating our ability and ongoing competence, and that it meets the correct standards.

CHAS Accredited Contractor
Being CHAS Accredited (Contractors Health & Safety Assessment Scheme), means our Health & Safety measures (policies, training and risk assessments) have been vetted and verified by qualified professionals demonstrating we take Health & Safety seriously.

Renewable Energy Consumer Code
As a member of RECC, we follow a strict independent code of conduct designed to protect you, the customer. It ensures we are transparent with our pricing, give you honest advice, clear contracts and access to an independent complaints process should you ever need it. This means we will always treat you fairly from first enquiry, to installation and beyond.

myenergie Product Champion
Being a myenergi Product Champion means we’ve been recognised for our expertise, product knowledge and installation standards when working with the innovative range from myenergi — including the zappi EV charger, eddi power diverter and libbi battery storage system.
